Three years ago, we set out to build a platform that empowered creators and made digital assets on Bitcoin accessible to everyone. We built a platform that fostered artistic expression, nurtured vibrant communities, and provided a secure, reliable marketplace for collectors and traders.

Today, we're thrilled to announce the biggest upgrade in Gamma's history – a beta preview of a brand new Gamma experience, rebuilt from the ground up.

Unifying Bitcoin L1 and Stacks L2

Our new platform significantly enhances the Bitcoin L1 creator and collector experience while seamlessly integrating the Stacks L2 and its imminent Nakamoto upgrade. This powerful combination maintains our premium offerings on Bitcoin L1 while expanding our toolset to offer scalable options on L2 with dramatically faster transaction times, reducing wait times from around 10 minutes to 5 seconds, and substantially lowering fees to fractions of a penny.

This creates a superior environment for both casual collectors and advanced traders, while empowering smaller creators and more ambitious projects with a far smoother user experience and lower barrier to entry.

We've completely redesigned our platform to provide a more intuitive and personalized experience for all users. Whether you're a seasoned collector, trader, or artist, or brand new to digital art and collectibles, you’ll feel right at home. Our beta preview rolls out with four major pillars, with lots more to come.

• Customizable Experience: A new quick action bar allows you to select one of three views, tailoring the app to prioritize the information or visuals that matter most to you.
• Rich Data-Driven Views: Access detailed analytics and insights to make informed decisions and track global charts, your portfolio, or your project’s performance.
• Unified Profile: Seamlessly manage your profile across Bitcoin L1 and Stacks L2, ensuring a consistent experience. Soon, you’ll be able to merge several addresses into a single profile, showcasing your work across multiple hot or cold wallets.
• Artwork-Centered Detail Pages: Experience artwork as it was intended. With a minimalist and immersive museum-style item details page, we eliminate distractions and highlight each piece’s intricacies and artistry.

• Exploration and Discovery: You’ll notice in our beta preview a new Explore option in the main menu. Explore will offer a powerful new method for discovering artists and their releases, or for uncovering hidden gems that you may have missed.
• Enhanced Release and Trading Mechanics: We're committed to providing creators with the tools they need to succeed. And a big aspect of their success relies on collectors and traders having a powerful, easy to use suite of tools too. We’re confident that Gamma will be home to everyone on Bitcoin.
